Aristos Athletics

A system that trains athletes to win races.

Expert-designed training automatically tailored to your goals and updated to your feedback.

Volume as high as you can absorb — and improve from.

By avoiding incorrectly placed intensity, all of the pieces of the puzzle remain, creating versatile runners.

Weekly average > weekly quota.

The weekly mileage total is a means to an end. In general we want it as high as we safely can — but a flat line at the same number, every week, is often worse than a total that moves with your feedback.

Hard training knocks you below your baseline. Recover properly and you rebound above it — that rebound is supercompensation, and it is the entire point of training. After a massive aerobic day at the end of a three-week block, a strategically placed extra day off can produce a bigger rebound than defending an arbitrary seven-day number ever would.

Placed well, those variations usually let an athlete accumulate more training over six to twelve months, not less. The average is what compounds. The quota is just a number that ends on Sunday.

Stimulus → recovery → rebound

Stress, dip, rebound above where you started. Every number in the builder exists to keep you on the right side of that curve.

Training paces derived from PRs.

An assistant that has actually read your block.

The assistant is not a generic AI model. It is trained entirely to give you the answer we would give, based on our system — it reads the principles verbatim, plus a live snapshot of the plan on your screen.

What it's useful for

  • "I felt flat on Tuesday — what changes this week?"
  • "Why is Friday not another threshold day?"
  • "What do I drop first if I'm cooked?"

George Blaha

Columbia graduate, Division I runner, three years coaching. The system is loosely based on what I did to myself to go from 31:14 to 29:09 in the 10 km in one year. After never closing a race very well in my ten-year running career, I closed both the Ivy League championship 5 km and 10 km in 60 seconds to place 5th in both.

This system is for any athlete, middle school to post-collegiate. My training has been meticulously digitised — far more affordable than comparable private coaching, and far more informed than generic AI coaching. The built-in assistant is trained on my system, not on the mediocre plans that dominate most AI-driven training tools.

What this is not

Not one-to-one coaching
There is no individual relationship, no session-by-session feedback, and no one watching you train. It is a system and a tool, priced accordingly.
Not medical or clinical advice
Nothing here diagnoses, treats or manages an injury, an eating disorder, bloodwork or any medical condition. Those need a qualified professional.
Not a guarantee
No plan promises a time. What this one promises is a coherent structure and an honest account of why each session is there.
